Release 1.9.2 Changes

[li]Auto text resizing can be selected from the options menu[/li]
[li]Song list window is now resizable and its position is remembered between sessions[/li]
[li]The installer has been modified so it does not remove the song data when the program is uninstalled.[/li]
[li]Label fonts changed to Arial improve the look on systems set to use large fonts.[/li]
[li]The shortcut key for the song list window has been changed to F5. The Key F1 now opens the help page.[/li]
[li]Digital Fake Book Portable released. This is a separate zip file download for use on removable drives[/li]
[li]Several small bugs introduced in 1.9.1 have been fixed.[/li]
